Fort Clinch State Park was acquired by the state in 1935, making this one of Florida's oldest parks. The original fort was a military outpost, and staff at the interpretive center re-enact the lives of soldiers who at one time were stationed at the fort.

Guana River State Park
It is believed that Guana River was the site of Ponce de Leon's original landing in Florida in 1592. A full range of activities can be enjoyed at the park including fishing, swimming, sunbathing, hiking and biking. Guided tours with a park ranger can be arranged.

Tree Hill was founded in the 1970's to provide environmental awareness and education to the public. A series of exhibits are displayed in the museum. The gardens feature butterflies, hummingbirds, herbs, organic vegetables and a bog garden. Swamps, gardens and nature trails can be enjoyed throughout the park.

This is a mile-long fishing bridge that accesses one of Florida's most sought after fishing areas.
